1 General 1.1 Q: What is the Countering Terrorist Travel (CTT) programme?Ī: The CT Travel Programme, led by the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT), seeks to build Member States capabilities to prevent, detect, investigate and bring to justice individuals suspected of terrorism or other serious crimes by using passenger data, in accordance with Security Council resolutions 2178 (2014), 2396 (2017) and 2482 (2019).
